Initial Deal:
1 card is dealt down then a second card is dealt face up to each player.

Betting:
After the initial two cards are dealt. High Card showing Bets. After each card is dealt the highest hand showing on the table begins the betting.

Play:
After the initial Deal and betting round two more rounds of cards are dealt face up. Remember to pause between cards for betting rounds. The final (5th) card is then dealt face down.

Winner: High Hand Wins
Variations:
Low Hand: Low hand on the table wins. You can also do a split pot where High hand and Low hand split the pot.

Show the Hole: Deals the last card face up instead of down.
Wild Cards:Choose a wild cards before the hand begins (dealers choice). To keep player in longer you can always do a LAST CHANCE WILD. After round 4 betting flip a card into the middle of the table face up. This is now wild. Deal the 5th card as normal. People will stay just to see if the wild card can help a bad hand.
Canadian rules: Adds more hands to the winning combinations. 4 card straight beats a pair, 4 card flush beats a 4 card straight, 2 pairs beats a 4 card flush.
